Parking Information

Attendees who are driving are welcome to park anywhere on campus from 11/13 at 5pm through to 11/15, as ticketing does not occur on the weekends.

If you arrive to campus earlier than 5pm on Friday, 11/13, for registration- please park in Lot 2 at the Student Union. This lot is labeled as guest parking.

For convenience, we recommend parking in Parking Lot 1, 2, 7 or 8 through the weekend. Lot 1 and 2 are directly in front of the Student Union.

Our Campus Police are aware of the event for the weekend. If you receive a ticket over the weekend, please let a conference team member know.

Dayton International Airport

We recommend anyone flying use the Dayton International Airport- it is 24 minutes from campus, 23.9 miles. We will provide transportation (via a small shuttle bus) back and forth from the Dayton International Airport. Shuttle times will be based on flight times.

Raider Shuttle

The Raider Shuttle will be on rotation to two of our hotels, campus, and the Dayton International Airport. Rotation times to the airport will be based on flight arrivals.
