Registration for RLC 2026 at Wright State University will be open as of September 22nd! We are excited to offer this experience at the following price point​​​​​​

Delegate and Advisor Cost: $170 per person

September 22- Institutional & Individual Registration Opens
October 19 - Institutional & Individual Registration Closes
October 23 - Late Delegate Registration Closes
Conference Registration:
Please note that cost will raise $10 if not registered by October 19th.
Additionally, housing cost is not included in the registration cost.

Billing and Payment

Institutions will be invoiced based on the information provided in the Institutional Registration Form.

Invoices will be issued by Wright State University and will be sent to the billing contact listed on the Institutional Registration Form.

Payment not received by time of conference arrival must be received in full no later than 30 days after the close of the conference.

Refunds, Cancellations, and Substitution Policy

Institutions are financially responsible for all delegates and advisors registered at the close of registration on October 23 at 11:59pm.

Substitutions of delegates or advisors are permitted until November 9 at 11:59pm.
-
Cancellations are not permitted, and institutions remain financially responsible for all registered delegates regardless of actual attendance.
