Institutional Digital Banners
Institutional banners are meant to be a digital presentation slide that goes into a slideshow that is rotating throughout the weekend to introduce school delegates to one another.

Institutional Roll Call Videos
Insititution roll call videos are meant to be a digital recorded video that introduces each delegate and advisor from a school. Roll call videos will be played during Opening Ceremonies to help introduce everyone to each other.

Your video must include:

Institution's name
-
Names of the delegates and advisors featured
-
Connection to the conference theme (camping)
-
Length: 60-90 seconds
-
Be recorded horizontal
-
Closed captions for music and/or speaking parts
-
Be creative—showcase your institution’s energy and pride​
Spirit point breakdown:

Submitting a roll call video: 15 points
-
First Place: 35 points
-
Second Place: 25 points
-
Third Place: 15 points
Clothepins
Clothespins are meant as a takeaway item for students to remember the conference. Each institution will make a clothespin that represents their institution and the conference theme. Clothespins will be traded with other institution, so bring plenty!

Each clothespin must include:

Connection to the conference theme (camping)

Get creative—this is a great way to connect with other institutions.
Clothespins can be submitted in-person during registration for spirit points.

Theme Dress Days
Attendees are encouraged to dress the themes below each day to engage with the spirit of conference! Spirit points will be determined based on the percentage of the delegation who participats.

Social media challenges will be available on Instagram leading up to the conference. Spirit points will be determined in each post.

Goosechase Challenges

We will use the Goosechase app to engage delegates in fun spirit contests during the conference!
-
We encourage everyone to download the app, “Goosechase,” to their phones to be able to participate.

Once the RLC Camp CAACURH experience goes live, we will alert the region.

Spirit points will be listed in Goosechase for how much each callenge is worth
Scout Badges
During registration, each institution will receive a Scout sash. Institutions can work together to collect scout badges (buttons) to put on their sash. The following are scout badges that schools can earn:

Going to and participating in Philanthropy during the conference
