Hotel Information
Please read this information carefully!

Check-In will be happening at the Hampton Inn & Suites - Grove City, located at 4 Holiday Blvd Mercer, PA 16137​.

The check-in room is South Meeting Room within the hotel. Upon entering the hotel, head straight back down the hallway, and the room will be on your left!

You will receive your hotel assignment upon check-in. You will either be in the same hotel as check-in, or Holiday Inn Express - Grove City, located at 21 Holiday Blvd, Mercer, PA 16137, which is conveniently right across the street!
Flight Information
If you are planning to fly to RLC we have a few key points to keep in mind:

Please denote on your institution registration form that you will be flying to RLC. Once that has been filled out, the conference team will work with you to arrange ground transportation

You are required to fly into Pittsburgh International Airport

You are not required to use the provided transportation service, but it is recommended

Parking Information
It is highly recommended that you use the provided transportation during the conference. Slippery Rock has limited parking and parking lots may be a far walk from your destination. If you and your delegation will need to use other means of transportation, please fill out the attached form to avoid any parking violations.

Please note, the conference team will have transportation available during the day for small groups in case of emergency.
