FAQs
Question 1 - What form of payment can be used?
The preferred payment method is by card via our Campus Groups (payment form). We also accept checks payable to Case Western Reserve University with “RBC 2026” in the memo. For questions, please contact Finance Chair, David Trent at david.trent@case.edu.
Question 2 - Where to eat near Case Western Reserve and the hotel?
Question 3 - What is around CWRU to explore?
University Circle is home to several museums, including the Cleveland Museum of Art (free admission), as well as the Museum of Contemporary Art Cleveland, Cleveland Museum of Natural History, and the Cleveland Botanical Garden (tickets required). Nearby outdoor spots include Wade Lagoon (often frozen in winter) and Lake View Cemetery. A short ride away is downtown Cleveland, featuring attractions like the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Public Square, and indoor venues for shopping (Arcade), shows (Playhouse square), and sports (Rocket Arena & Progressive field).
Question 4 - Can I park on campus?
Yes, you can park on campus! We have a designated lot for this conference. You can request parking for your institution through institutional registration form. It is a fixed fee of $35/car for the weekend. Additionally, there are public parking spaces around campus and in the university circle area (prices for these lots vary).
Question 5 - Is there a cancellation policy after paying for registration?
Due to budgetary constraints and binding contracts with vendors and community partners, registration fees are non-refundable once payment has been submitted. Thank you for your understanding and support.
