Upon arrival to the Courtyard by Marriott, you will get your room keys from the front desk. Once settled into your rooms, you can go to the Conference Center (Thwing Center).

Conference check-in will be located in the Thwing Center, which is convenient 5 minute walk from the hotel. CWRU volunteers will be dispersed between Courtyard by Marriott and Thwing Center for directions.

Courtyard by Marriott offers a accessibility accommodations for their rooms, including hearing and mobility accommodations. If you need to be placed in a room with these accommodations, please indicate that on your registration form and contact Malcolm Miller at malcolm.miller@case.edu.

You are encouraged to use the RTA Red Line from airport to hotel ('airport station' to 'Little Italy - University Circle' stop). The total ride is 55mins, with 7min walk to hotel

A variety of ride share options are available to get you from the airport directly to the hotel (Uber/Lyft/etc).​​
Parking
For those parking at CWRU, we have a designated parking lot for conference due to parking limitations in the local area. It will be a $35 charge per car for the weekend. Please factor this in if you are driving to the conference. ​​​
