Come hang out with NRHH March 22nd at 6pm! This will include NRHH updates, Roundtables, and Break-out Rooms. Myself, Grecia (Towson University), Salliea (Wright State University), Gianna (Slippery Rock University), and Gabi (Pennsylvania State University) will be hosting a roundtable on rebuilding your NRHH Chapters!

What is a Health & Wellness Event?

Health, as defined by the World Health Organization (WHO), is a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being, not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. Wellness is an active process of becoming aware of and making choices towards a healthier lifestyle. Essentially, health is the goal, while wellness is the journey to achieve that goal through conscious efforts.

What is considered Health & Wellness?

1) Events promoting access to: food, shelter, water, health services

2) Projects that enhance: mental health/physical health awareness, relationships
