Hotel Information
Please read this information carefully!

Upon arrival to the Courtyard, you will get your room keys from the front desk at the hotel. You will then have time to unload your bags.

Check-in will be located in the Thwing Center, which is conveniently a 5 minute walk from the hotel!

Courtyard at Marriott offers a few accessibility accommodations for their rooms, including hearing and mobility accommodations. If you need to be placed in a room with these accommodations, please indicate that on your registration form.
Flight Information
If you are planning to fly to RBC we have a few key points to keep in mind:​

You are required to fly into Cleveland Hopkins International Airport, 5300 Riverside Dr, Cleveland, OH 44135

Parking Information
For those parking at CWRU, we have a designated parking lot for conference due to parking limitations in the local area. It will be a $35 charge per car for the weekend. Please factor this in if you are driving to the conference. ​​
